We currently provide 80 beds in four community hospitals across Suffolk, which are in Felixstowe, Newmarket, Aldeburgh and at Bluebird Lodge in Ipswich. These beds are used for rehabilitation, management of long term conditions and end-of-life care.
Patients in our community hospitals are regularly reassessed and will receive inpatient care until they are clinically fit for discharge back home or to a nursing or residential home.
